Theory
Quality is one of the cornerstones of CEJN’s operations. It is a question of understanding customer requirements and wishes and translating them into product development and production. It is a question of reliable and punctual deliveries. It is a question of value adding services such as technical support and maintenance. These, and other things, constitute CEJN quality.
     Our operations are since 1995 certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system standard. It prioritises, among others, customer focus, co-worker commitment and continuous improvements. The certification recognizes that the systems, processes, and written procedures for product development, design, manufacturing, assembly, marketing, and sales are accurate and consistent.
     CEJN’s Quality Policy stresses that the quality of CEJN’s products and services should be aimed to satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers, with the ISO 9001 requirements as minimum standard.

Practice
CEJN has an active dialog with our customers regarding their needs and requests. We also consider customer input to be a valuable source of information for preventive measures and continual improvements. It is only when customers are fully satisfied that CEJN quality has been achieved.

Quality Testing
CEJN does meticulous quality inspections and has in-house testing facilities to ensure that each CEJN product is of the highest quality. How thorough these inspections and tests are to be performed are revised to suit our customers’ requirements.
     In the case of new product developments, rigorous in-house testing and testing in the field are carried out to ensure both functionality and quality before new products are released to the market.
